Employee Spotlight: Ha Vo

Ha has spent the past eight years growing her skills, embracing new challenges, and building her career at Solutech. Starting in Rework & Repair, she has worked her way up to become our Senior Transducer Repair Technician.

In her role, Ha specializes in troubleshooting complex microelectronic circuitry, performing precision fine-pitch soldering, and serving as Solutech’s in-house IPC trainer. She’s passionate about learning, tackling complex challenges, and finding innovative solutions to keep things moving forward.
